Introduction to role
The HRIT Process Analysis Lead is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process analysis activity, critical to capturing HR demands and ensuring the translation of business requirements into detailed user stories and functional specifications. This role holder will lead a team of global process analysts to assure the requirements capture activity.
Accountabilities
1. Collaborate with key business collaborators to understand their IT requirements and demands related to the HR Technology ecosystem.
2. Lead the methodology and best practice for process analysis activities.
3. Develop a deep understanding of HR business processes and technology ecosystem.
4. Coordinate the PA team effectively – assuring delivery of PA work and providing management reporting in line with expectations.
5. Assure the delivery of process analysis activities in a timely manner.
6. Assure the quality of process analysis activities to define business requirements at the level of accuracy recognized by the business, and degree of functional and technical specification required by the application engineering teams for successful development.
7. Proactively identify suggestions for process and functionality improvements.
8. Ensure that value/benefits definition is captured effectively.
9. Ensure consideration of GxP/SOx/Data Privacy impacts.
10. Provide effective line management, coaching, and support to team members.
11. Perform the role of Process Analyst for assigned demands (approx. 50% time).
Essential Skills/Experience
1. Degree level education (Information Technology or similar)
2. 5+ years of experience working in platform, project, or service management roles for IT within global teams, delivering and supporting solutions
3. 3+ years of experience in business/process analysis domain
4. 3+ years of experience managing teams including line management
5. Experience working in a globally distributed team
6. Understanding of software engineering CI/CD processes, with experience in the design and implementation of applications build, release, deployment, and configuration control management
7. Experience working with JIRA, Service Now, and Automated Testing tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, JIRA, Confluence, CI CD tools - Ansible, etc)
8. Technically competent and curious with a passion to explore, iterate, fail, and learn
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
