Science, whose team of specialist teachers deliver science teaching to years 6-13. We offer AQA combined
science (trilogy), biology, chemistry and physics at GCSE. A-levels in biology, chemistry, physics and BTEC
applied science are delivered to our sixth form students at A-level. The outcomes for science 2024 were
positive and we are predicted to maintain their positive projectory, we are proud to offer a range of science
courses post 16 which are well received and our students achieve success.
Our pupils and staff are looking for a friendly, motivated, enthusiastic individual who wants to work as part of a
team to drive learning forward. We believe students buy into their teacher first so student relationships form
part of our vision, together with smiles and laughter.
This is an exciting time to join JCSC as we continue our journey towards excellence, and look to build upon
excellent GCSE and A-Level outcomes. Staff and governors are fully committed to promoting equal opportunity
