Your responsibilities will include: Managing the experience of TSH schools and participants on the programmes, ensuring effective communication and appropriate support to maintain high satisfaction and retention Supporting the development and maintenance of efficient and effective processes to manage the successful delivery of TSH KPIs and Apprenticeship programmes Organising venues and resources and co-ordinate schools, staff and participants Organising and attending Steering Group and Governance meetings Helping improve the quality of materials and resources Working closely with the Harris Institute and NIoT teams to prepare and deliver the requirements of the TSH and Apprenticeship PD programmes Ensuring a PD offer that meets the requirements of the DfE TSH Handbook Actively seeking opportunities to promote and advocate for the TSH and Apprenticeship programmes and the Harris Institute as a whole Building effective and positive relationships with TSH schools, Apprenticeship employers and wider partners Providing training on Harris Institute systems, processes and quality standards Communicating changes and developments relating to TSHs and Apprenticeship programmes to Schools and participants Representing the Harris Institute at events A full list of responsibilities can be found in the Job Pack.
