About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Service Strategist to join our team at Mitsubishi Electric. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving digital growth by developing and implementing connected services strategy aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing Initiatives: Develop initiatives to enhance customer experience and satisfaction through connected services.
* Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new connected service offerings and areas of improvements.
* Product Requirements: Define product requirements, specifications, and roadmaps for connected services based on customer needs and market trends.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders across RLCS, RPG, PMD Europe and other teams to develop and deploy connected services.
Required Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies.
* Strategic Planning: Excellent strategic planning and project management skills.
* Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of heat pump systems and HVAC industry standards, familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
* Communication: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
