As a key point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence. Your responsibilities will include ensuring vehicle cleanliness, safety, and readiness for hire, as well as delivering and collecting a variety of vehicles. Key Responsibilities: Vehicle Handling & Maintenance: Drive vehicles up to and including 7.5 tonnes, ensuring they are well-maintained, damage-free, and safe to drive. Inspect, prepare, and maintain vehicles to an exceptionally high standard to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure correct customer documentation has been completed. Driving & Logistics: Deliver and collect vehicles in line with your licence entitlement while ensuring accurate documentation of vehicle condition. Maintain flexibility in your working week and be prepared for long driving periods. Accurately record driving hours in compliance with legal requirements. Customer Interaction & Service: Serve as a first and last point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. Conduct vehicle inspections upon delivery and collection, recording any damage or defects and obtaining customer signatures. Represent the Exotic Car Club brand with a professional appearance and demeanor. Administrative & Security Responsibilities: Secure company assets and premises, including rental branch locations, fuel cards, and expenses. Record and store expenses incurred while working away. Complete all required handover documentation via Launchpad/tablet technology or paper-based forms (e.g., rental check sheets, mitigation/legal forms). Health & Safety: Take reasonable care for your own health and safety and ensure your actions do not put others—colleagues, customers, or the public—at risk.
