About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Mentor to work closely with students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring they feel supported and empowered to succeed. You will play a key role in: Providing one-to-one and small group support. Helping students with academic, emotional, and social challenges. Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons. Encouraging independence and confidence in students. About You To thrive in this role, you will: Have experience working with children or young adults, ideally within an educational setting. Show empathy, patience, and a positive attitude. Be adaptable and able to build rapport with students of all abilities. Possess strong communication and teamwork skills.A background in supporting students with SEN, particularly Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) or Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, is desirable but not essential.
