Job Description
Duties of the Customer Service Advisor will be:
3. Handling and managing high volumes of calls from Clients and Customers
4. Provide excellent Customer Service
5. Liaising with internal departments and clients
6. Obtain clients details, checking eligibility or a claim
7. Carrying our full identification checks
