As the Head of Strategy and Improvement, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Adult Social Care (ASC) in Luton. You will take responsibility for, and have oversight of, the preparation process for CQC, and you will lead and manage the strategic planning framework for strategic change, ensuring that our ASC services are compliant with legislation and responsive to national policy changes. Your leadership will be instrumental in developing the ASC Strategy and supporting operational change processes. Please note this role does not attract sponsorship.
