In this role you will add value to PXP by:
You will be instrumental in shaping and driving our partnership strategy. You will focus on identifying, establishing, and nurturing relationships with key partners, helping to expand our reach and grow the business. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that our partnerships drive growth, enhance customer value, and maximize revenue.
A typical week as a Partner Growth Manager might involve:
* Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities with potential partners across key markets.
* Develop, negotiate, and manage partner relationships to maximize business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to align partnership strategies with overall business goals.
* Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for partnership-driven growth.
* Establish and track partnership performance metrics, reporting regularly on key results and areas for improvement.
* Support the development of go-to-market strategies for new products and services in collaboration with partner organizations.
* Represent PXP at industry events and networking opportunities to build and strengthen relationships.
We are looking for someone who:
* Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or sales in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Strong strategic thinking and ability to analyze and prioritize partnership opportunities based on business impact.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships.
* Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
* Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
* Ability to work independently and thrive in a high-growth environment.
We would love someone to have any of the following:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
* Previous experience in the payments, fintech, or technology sectors.
* Additional language skills would be an advantage.
