We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced multi-site Manager to join a growing sales management team. This is a newly created role and therefore offers the successful candidate a unique opportunity to play a key role in developing this position.
Ideally, we are looking for a person with a proven track record in Retail Sales Management or multi-site retail management, ideally from a luxury product or consultative B2C environment and based in the East Midlands area.
As an Area Manager you will oversee a group of show sites ensuring high standards of display and merchandising, monitoring performance, training and mentoring all sales staff, ensuring targets are achieved and outstanding customer service is delivered.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Reporting to the National Sales Manager you will have responsibility for up to 8 show sites and 16 sales consultants.
2. Mentor and motivate consultants in order to develop an outstanding sales team.
3. Act as a brand ambassador ensuring the company values for quality and service are delivered.
4. Utilise commercial reports to analyse performance and identify areas for improvement.
5. Work in a collaborative manner with all areas of the business.
6. Deliver informative and inspiring training sessions.
Required skills for this Multi-site Area Manager role:

2. Excellent organisation skills with the ability to plan and prioritise workloads and delegate accordingly.
3. An excellent communicator who is considerate, perceptive and aware.
4. Enthusiastic with a drive to become an expert in all products.
5. Analytical with a good understanding of numerical data and reporting.
6. Self-motivated, passionate and enjoy autonomous working.
7. Good working knowledge of MS Office package.
