Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Director or Managing Director to drive the After Sales strategic direction and develop the operational efficiency of the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service excellence and aftermarket service and support, with proven operational leadership skills to enhance company performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability. A strong understanding in commercials/financials is required to evaluate strategic initiatives.
