An exciting opportunity has opened for a Clinical Nurse Educator to join our Paediatric Critical Care Unit (PCCU). You will be an important member of the Clinical Education team, developing and delivering high-quality training for our nursing staff. You'll help ensure the highest standard of care for our patients while supporting the professional growth of our team.

Main duties of the job
Reporting into the Clinical Lead Nurse (PCCU), your responsibilities will include:
1. Deliver education, training and practice development within PCCU.
2. Collaborate with the Clinical Lead Nurse and education team to identify staff education needs, develop and implement evidence-based training programmes for staff working in critical care.
3. Provide clinical leadership and act as a role model for nursing staff.
4. Work with medical and nursing teams to share knowledge and support care delivery.
5. Maintain connections with educational institutes and national benchmarking groups to keep training current.
