Cheshire West and Chester Council are looking to recruit 2 full time Business Support Assistants to liaise with schools and families as part of the Special Educational Needs Team.
We are looking for candidates with experience in customer service to help and support families to navigate through the SEND system.
We're seeking two customer-focused individuals to join our Special Educational Needs (SEN) team to provide communications support. Our SEN team works to provide support to parents, carers, and schools to ensure that our children receive the right support depending on their needs, and we're looking to enhance this with these two key roles.
We're looking for individuals who have an empathetic and pro-active approach to supporting customers in the SEN journey. You should have experience in providing customer support and have excellent communication and organisational skills. This role will be primarily focused on how to navigate the SEND system - we'll provide full training on SEN matters and legislation, although some knowledge of this area would be an advantage.
