A client primary school in Blackpool, Lancashire (FY4) are recruiting on behalf of a two form entry, busy primary school. Due to staffing restructures and an increase in demand, this ‘GOOD’ primary school wishes to appoint a Behaviour Mentor to work with identified pupils starting in January 2025.
The be considered for this role, you’ll have experience working with young people who display behaviour challenges. The successful candidate will deliver short intervention sessions to improve behaviour whilst implementing the schools behaviour policy and monitoring progress. Whilst working closely with the schools SEN Co-ordinator and Inclusion Manager, the behaviour mentor will adapt learning continually to ensure consistent progress is made.
- Full time behaviour support opportunity.
- Prior experience working with children/young people with behaviour challenges is desirable.
- Competitive rates of pay between £12.90 - £13.50 per day.
