Main duties of the job THE ROLE: As Corporate Governance Officer, you will act as the interface between Executive Directors, Trust Board and Committee meetings and the rest of the hospital. Your duties will include: Providing a professional and high-quality administrative service that ensures the effective and efficient running of the Trust Board Sub-Committees and the Trust Leadership Team. Acting as Secretary for meetings, drafting agendas, collating papers, and producing comprehensive formal minutes.
