Compensation: $75,000–$90,000 depending on experience
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Oversee and process weekly and bi-monthly payroll through Paylocity
* Lead benefits administration including enrollment, leave management, and COBRA
* Support full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, from job posting to background checks
* Manage employee records, promotions, terminations, and transfers
* Provide guidance on employee relations and workplace investigations
* Communicate benefits updates and HR policy changes across teams
* Generate and present weekly HR reports to senior leadership
What You’ll Need to Be Considered:
* Experience working across both frontline and corporate employee groups
* Familiarity with Paylocity or similar HRIS systems
* HR degree required or a proven HR management background
* Experience managing one or more direct reports
