Job Title: Aviation Warehouse & Quality Manager UK
The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing warehouse operations. These operations include shipping & receiving inventory. Your goal will be to institute and increase operational efficiency and maintain a safe environment whilst ensuring Pioneer Aero Supply (PAS) quality standards are adhered to.

Summary:
As a Warehouse Quality Manager at Pioneer Aero Supply, you will manage the warehouse operations for receiving, order processing, despatch, and shipping, while ensuring the highest quality standards. You will also be ensuring safety, compliance, and the training of staff to meet the required standard.
Physical Demands:
Positions in this classification bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb to perform work. Employees must possess the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds and heavier weights with the proper equipment. The individual in this role may be required to use a Pallet Jack, Fork Lift, Scissor Lift or other warehouse equipment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Thoroughly comprehend and interpret all documents related to aircraft parts.
* Understand and align with the company's strategy and objectives, consistently following established processes and procedures and following continuous improvement methodology.
* Collaborate with the team to manage daily workload including processing sales and repair orders, receiving inventory, and performing quality inspections of the parts to validate correct serial numbers and the associated trace paperwork is compliant.
* Work with local and international carriers including FedEx, UPS, and DHL, facilitating customs clearance processes.
* Comply with existing ASA-100 standards and help to achieve other recognized certifications.
* Keep the warehouse clean and safe, and compliant with local requirements.
* Setup and evaluate KPI's to ensure on-time quality delivery and efficient workflow processes.
* Assist in acquiring necessary paperwork from vendors and customers, utilizing Salesforce/AVSight for data entry, file scanning, and reporting purposes.
* Work closely with the Quality manager and Warehouse manager at company HQ to ensure full two-way information flow and quality is adhered to.
* Uphold professionalism and good communication when representing the company internally and externally.
* Utilize the Google Workspace platform to manage calendars and tasks efficiently.
* Be part of the on-call roster for occasional weekend duties.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years work experience in this or similar role.
* High attention to detail with a meticulous approach to inspections and documentation.
* Ability to adapt to varying tasks and responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
* Ability to prioritize ensuring task completion within set deadlines.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Prior experience in quality inspection.
* Proficiency in using Google Workspace, Salesforce, and other relevant software/tools is a plus.

* Salary range: £45,500 - £55,000, depending on experience.
* This is a full-time onsite role in Crawley, UK (reliable transportation required).
* Business Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
* Some on-call weekends required; bonus for completing an AOG order on the weekend.
