Our modern, fully equipped practice allows our nurse team to use their full range of skills, from blood samples, catheters, stitch-ups, and dental polishes, to monitoring anaesthetics, nurse clinics, and inpatient care. The Role: In this full-time position (40 hours a week, flexible to 35), you will report directly to our Practice Manager and take on line management responsibility for our team of 3 RVNs, 1 student nurse, and 2 VCAs. You’ll collaborate closely with the practice vets, ensuring the smooth operation of the practice and driving a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement. You’ll be an inspiring, calm, and approachable leader who knows how to bring out the best in your team. With your leadership, we’ll continue to offer exceptional service to our community while maintaining a fun and supportive working environment.
