Position: Senior Marketing Manager
Location: Central Support / Billericay – Essex. (Hybrid working 2 days office based)

The Role:
We are looking for a specialist in mainly Offline Marketing ! (Working alongside our Digital and Social Media Marketing Managers)
Able to create a National Marketing proposition and bring that to life in 22+ locations around England and Wales ....
Ability to create that Brand and ensure that Brand consistency is delivered consistently across a multi site organisation....
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Marketing & Project Delivery
* Develop distinctive brand assets such as imagery, video, music etc
* Develop compelling campaign propositions for new product launches, working with the Operations team, ensuring brand standards are upheld.
* Create a master asset suite for fully integrated channel activations.
* Effective communications to wider stakeholder groups, influencing support for all marketing activations.
* Lead on ad-hoc strategic brand projects.
* Own key supplier relationships for all merchandise and print materials.
Creative Strategy & Comms Planning Experience
* Experienced in translating strategy into marketing campaign propositions for both brand and tactical marketing
* Develop master marketing assets for all channels that are rooted in the brand proposition ready for localisation at home level. ·
* Constantly challenge creative activation to achieve maximum impact across all channels. ·
* Brief and manage day-to-day communications with creative and media agencies to produce outstanding marketing campaigns. ·
* Support Digital Marketing Team with compelling content to achieve continuous engagement and conversion improvement targets ·
* Reporting of campaign performance including key metrics and learnings to continuously improve effectiveness of ongoing marketing efforts
Team & Budget Management
* Line-manage in-house designer, coach, develop, support with the translation of more complex strategic briefs and day-today workload prioritisation
* Manage applicable budget lines ensuring all projects are delivered as planner
What We're Looking For:
* Experience of working with 3rd party / agencies and building propositions
* Development of integrated brand and direct response activations
* Well versed at delivering marketing communications in a multi-site business
* Media planning and execution at both a national and hyper local town/city level
* Proven team leadership with management of design team an advantage ·
* Awareness of brand and digital marketing best practices
* Previous experience in luxury sector developing marketing & communications for premium priced products / services desirable

* A creative thinker who can take ideas from outside the acre sector to improve the Hallmark experience in-line with the business positioning.
* Problem-solver who is ready and keen to take on new challenges. ·

* Organised with the ability to effectively manage multiple on-going projects and deadlines ·
