Your new roleThis is an exciting newly created role reporting into the Management Accountant. This role offers excellent scope for development and progression, and includes study support.You will be providing financial and administrative support to the Finance Team.This is a full-time role (37 hours per week). However, candidates able to commit to reduced hours (such as school hours) will also be considered.Standard working hours: Monday to Thursday (8:00-16:30), Friday (8:00-13:00).Duties will include:
* Preparing payment schedules
* Posting bank Purchase and Sales Ledger transactions
* Bank Reconciliations
* Credit Control
* Assisting with Purchase Ledger duties
* Processing credit card statements
* Supporting month-end processes
* Deal with incoming and outgoing mail
* Reception cover
* Other ad-hoc duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel.
* The ability to multitask and manage your own time.
* Clear written and verbal communication.
