Join our Planning Support Team. You will be a member of a forward-thinking team based at Long Eaton Town Hall, to ensure that a range of both technical and administrative support duties are undertaken according to the needs of the Planning service.
You should be enthusiastic, flexible and well organised. You must have experience of information management and administrative procedures.
Essential attributes for this post include a strong customer focus, a commitment to service quality and able to work accurately. We are seeking a strong team player, enthusiastic about service improvement.
Key Responsibilities
This is an interesting and varied role, and the main responsibilities include:
* Delivering the technical and administrative processes supporting the council’s planning functions
* Providing assistance, guidance and advice to customers
* Utilise a wide range of ICT systems
Qualifications and Experience
* Enthusiastic, dynamic and able to use initiative
* Ability to multi-task between various technical and complex tasks
* Able to work accurately
* Organised and driven
* IT literate
