Are you a dynamic HR professional with a passion for driving business success through people? Jensten Group are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner to join our team and support the growth of our organisation. This role will see you partnering with senior leaders to drive a high-performance culture, provide expert Employee Relations (ER) guidance, and support the successful integration of acquired businesses.
Operating across the East region of England, covering Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, and Cambridgeshire, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering HR initiatives that align with business goals. Whether it's leading on M&A projects, advising on organisational development, or coaching leaders to drive engagement and performance, your impact will be significant.

Responsibilities As a HR Business Partner
* Develop, agree and implement a people plan that responds to key people challenges, supports the delivery of business goals, and is aligned with the Group HR strategy.
* Be the subject matter expert in organisational change, employee relations, grievance and disciplinary matters, absence management, retention and performance management to effectively manage risk to the business.
* Build effective relationships with the senior management team, gain an in-depth understanding of the business and sector to effectively lead on HR initiatives.
* Develop plans for organisational development including restructuring and the implementation and harmonisation of acquired businesses.
* Analyse HR metrics and compare results to key performance indicators e.g. monthly absence, turnover and employee relations case data to shape HR initiatives.
* Drive a high-performance culture by coaching leaders on performance management and ensuring employees have the skills and resources they need to achieve their objectives.
* Agree an engagement plan with the business that helps drive retention and improves key performance indicators.
* Identify skills gaps and development needs in the business and deliver business focused solutions to develop capability.
* Provide opportunities for people to learn and grow in the business through talent management, succession planning and review of competencies.
About You
We are seeking an HR professional with outstanding stakeholder management skills and a keen eye for commercial opportunity to support the achievement of business goals aligned to Group HR strategy. You will have experience of employee relations within a professional services industry, understanding the importance for CPD and compliance.
You Will Also Be Or Have
* Proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably as a Business Partner.
* Strong understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.
* A background in Employee Relations (ER).
* Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in workforce planning and talent management.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
* Effective conflict resolution and organisational skills.
* CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
* Due to locations of some of our offices, you will require your own car to travel when required.
