Your responsibilities will include:
* Perform an assessment of the customer’s existing business and technology imperatives, goals and challenges
* Use a design-led thinking approach in identifying the right technical solutions to meet customer needs and undertake thought leadership to support the creation of technical roadmaps
* Lead the relevant design workshops that will add technical value to the D365 solution in particular integrations with 3rd party solutions; incorporating Microsoft technical capabilities such as Power Platform & Azure tools
* Participate in every aspect of the Dynamics 365 solution implementation from start up, analysis, design, and cut over to production
* Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements are aligned to business objectives, gaining a full understanding of current business processes
* Provide in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 and other Microsoft technical capabilities such as Power Platform, Azure and how these can be aligned to D365 solution needs
* Conduct technical proof of concepts for first of a kind, unknown, or complex situations
* Work with technical teams (onshore and offshore) teams to coordinate deliverables, schedule milestones, and quality of outputs
* Participate in sales opportunity management cycles from opportunity identification, qualification, scoping, solutioning, proposal writing, orals presentations and demonstration
* Lead and participate in business development opportunities in devising technical accelerators to enable improved delivery of resources; increase portfolio of products and services
* Mentor internal team members to develop and acquire technical knowledge
* Support Project Manager in defining project plan and provide effort estimate
* Support Project Manager in tracking deliverable to success and with high standards.

* Extensive expertise in the technical configuration, customization and implementation of Dynamics 365 Enterprise Solutions – FSCM, Customer Engagement, Commerce
* Extensive expertise in the technical configuration, customisation and implementation of other Microsoft technologies – Power Platform, Azure Platform Automation tools
* Extensive Analysis / requirements gathering, solution design and implementation of technical Solutions as part of the D365 solution
* Extensive experience in developing integrations of Dynamics 365 Platform to various types of external systems and can recommend an approach and technology
* Extensive experience in mentoring and coaching technical team members.
