COMPANY GBA Logistics - Global Solutions JOB TITLE Logistics Administrator SHIFTS Monday - Friday rotating shifts (10:00am - 19:00pm & 07:00am - 16:00pm) SALARY £28,000 BASE Luton We are seeking a Logistics Administrator to join our dynamic team and provide vital support to our operations teams. The role primarily focuses on the production of customs entries and instructions, the creation of job files, and the processing of both purchase and sales invoices. This position plays an essential part in ensuring the efficient and accurate operation of our logistics processes. Key Responsibilities: Assist the operations team in the creation and submission of customs entries and instructions (Import & Export) Support the generation and maintenance of job files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date. Process purchase and sales invoices, ensuring timely and accurate entry into the system. Maintain a high standard of compliance and accuracy across all aspects of the role. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Manage the email mailbox activity and volumes day-to-day. Shift Pattern: The role requires working two fixed shifts, with a weekly rotation: Early Shift: 07:00 to 16:00 Late Shift: 10:00 to 19:00 Location: This is an office-based role at our Luton Airport facility, with parking available for employees. About you: Full and continuous 5 year working record in the UK which is verifiable via your .Gov account. Right to work in the UK. Full UK Driving License with less than 6 points. Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle a variety of tasks efficiently. Ability to work well within a team environment while also managing individual tasks. The ability to prioritise and organise own workload to tight deadlines.
