We are looking for someone to provide Admin Support & Data Entry based in County Hall in Taunton.
Monday to Friday 09:00am – 17:00pm.
This is a contract running from November until February 2025.
Duties will include:
* Entering and administering insurance claims on an internal insurance system for staff to process claims.
* Provide general business support and data entry assistance.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
* 5 GSCE's or equivalent experience including English and Maths.
* Effective administration skills, with knowledge of administrative procedures.
* Good literacy and a high level of accuracy in data management, record keeping and data entry.
* Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to a range of people, able to work as part of a team or under own direction.
* Accurate and efficient data entry of volume data to include fast entry into IT systems and record keeping (paper and electronic).
