Role Overview
As a Band 5 Nurse in our A&E department, you'll be at the forefront of delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced environment. Whether you're seeking additional shifts to supplement your existing role or prefer to work on a flexible basis, this opportunity allows you to maintain work-life balance while making a difference.
* Shifts: up to 12-hour flexible shifts, including long days and nights
* Pay: From £22 ph ltd up to £34ph ltd per hour (£19.94- £30.48 PAYE Inclusive Equivalent)
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional nursing care to patients in a busy A&E setting.
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in line with clinical guidelines.
* Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations.
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
* Registered Nurse Qualification with valid NMC registration.
* Experience working in an A&E or similar acute setting is essential.
* Strong clinical decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
