Now, we’re looking for a Sales Manager who’s passionate about fitness and ready to take our sales team to the next level.
Job Summary
In this role, you’ll lead our sales team in delivering a seamless, supportive, and engaging buying experience—from the first enquiry to post-purchase follow-up. We believe in nurturing every lead with care, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the decision-making process with expertise and empathy. This is a brand-new role, so the ideal candidate will be a self-starter—confident in developing and embedding processes and strategies from scratch. You’ll have the freedom to shape how things are done, so we need someone who’s proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the sales department to hit and exceed monthly targets
* Drive sales strategies for inbound leads, chat, phone, and email enquiries
* Analyse sales performance and customer trends to identify growth opportunities
* Work with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals and seasonal trends
* Ensure a customer-first approach to every interaction—before, during, and after purchase
* Implement and refine processes and tools (e.g., CRM, sales funnels)
* Stay current on fitness industry trends and product innovations
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in e-commerce or retail
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Leadership skills
* Excellent communication skills are essential—you’ll need to be clear, professional, and personable across all channels, whether that’s in writing, face to face, or over the phone.
* Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Shopify etc) and online sales platforms
* Excellent problem-solving, and data analysis skills
* Interest in fitness, wellness, or active lifestyles (we speak the language of reps, PRs, and recovery!)
Nice to Have
* Background in fitness equipment or sporting goods
* Experience scaling a sales team in a high-growth e-commerce environment
* Knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, or affiliate sales models
