An exciting opportunity has arisen in North Cumbria Children's Community Eating Disorder Service (CEDS) for a Band 7 Clinical Lead.
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic candidate who will be responsible for the clinical leadership of the team within the culture of continuous service improvement to ensure delivery of an excellent service to our service users. They will be responsible and accountable for the monitoring of performance and quality of the service.
The post holder will be part of the Children and Young People's Leadership Team in North Cumbria and will be supported by the Senior Leaders.
Main Duties of the Job
The post holder will be responsible for the safe, effective, and efficient delivery of clinical services within the Children's Eating Disorder Service in North Cumbria. They will work closely with the operational manager to offer robust leadership to the team.
They will work with the team to support service development to ensure delivery of an excellent service to our service users.

Person Specification
Knowledge and Experience
* Knowledge of Eating Disorders
* Experience of working with Children
* Proven track record of providing professional leadership within clinical services.
* Clinical supervision and application. Adherence to Health and Safety policies.
* Casework Management.
Education and Qualification
* Registered Mental Health Nurse/ Registered Learning Disability Nurse (as appropriate) or equivalent relevant professional qualification
* Relevant Clinical Training and postgraduate Qualification
* Teaching Qualification
* Relevant therapy qualification
Skills and Competencies
* Excellent communication and liaison skills.
* Organisational and time management skills.
