Your role What you'll be doing About the role: We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly driven sales professional to join the Enterprise & Payments sales team at Corpay’s London office – hybrid. We are seeking hungry, sales focused professionals with a passion for cross-border payments and FX. You will be key in growing Corpays' commercial presence and enhancing our portfolio by bringing in new business partners and revenues by successfully prospecting, selling, and on-boarding new Enterprise clients, with the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions. This is a fast-paced industry where you will be speaking to business owners and C-level executives to learn and fully understand their business and international payments needs. Your prospecting will pave the way for new business opportunities and will enable you to build and grow your sales skillsets and business portfolio. We will provide you the tools and teachings for you to be successful. Responsibilities: Identify business opportunities by sourcing prospects and evaluating cross-border and FX payment needs. Harvest sales channels within the sales region as per business strategy and target markets. This activity includes, but is not limited to: Business Networking, Exhibitions, Specific sponsorship events, Telephone solicitation, your own network etc. Selling Corpay solutions using a consultative approach to truly understand the client’s needs. Presenting solutions in-line with our Technology (API), Payment, and commercial capabilities. Manage client on-boarding processes, which involves working closely with our Regulatory/Compliance/Tech teams. Working closely with the Enterprise relationship managers to structure the solution, and then to ensure a smooth transition over to them once the client is being on-boarded. High level of commercial awareness to structure proposals which are profitable for Corpay, whilst ensuring genuine value for the client. Manage your pipeline of opportunities and review/discuss with the team lead on a regular basis. Qualifications and Experience: Proven Sales and analytical skills for successful business generation in the Enterprise & Payments space is essential. Previous outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience is required. Experience with navigating corporate structures to identify decision makers and the ability to build rapport. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and focused, combined with effective organisational and time management skills. Professional demeanour to prospective and current clients coupled with strong listening skills. The ability to work as a team player as part of the immediate team, and with the various departments that are critical to the Enterprise team’s success. Attention to detail when structuring solutions and putting forward proposals.
