Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.
2. Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
3. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages pupil participation and enthusiasm.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the school’s curriculum and ethos.
Ideal Candidate:
1. A qualified teacher with a strong understanding of the national curriculum.
2. Passionate about teaching and committed to raising standards.
3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
Experience in supporting pupils with diverse learning needs is an advantage.
Applicants must hold a qualification that meets the approved ‘full and relevant’ criteria for Early Years qualifications and inclusion in staffing ratios.
The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
