Responsibilities and qualities include:
* To manage and drive sales team target and performance
* Develop strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
* Conducting outbound calls to prospective and existing business customers across the UK.
* Meeting daily, weekly and monthly targets and KPI’s
* Conduct team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
* Ideal candidate will be strong in people management/skills and will have a sales background
* Target driven and motivated
* Passion for sales
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Preferable 6 months to 1 year of work experience handling a similar position/field.

Salary: £20,000 – £26,000 per year

* Day shift
* Monday to Friday
