The Coronary Care Unit is a busy, dynamic ten bedded unit that works very closely with our Cardiac Pacing Suite. It is an exciting opportunity for nurses to gain experience with such an interesting speciality. You will also gain experience working in a busy Cardiac Pacing Suite, caring for patients having a pacemaker/ICD/cardioversions and TOE's both elective and inpatients. You will be part of an extremely supportive and well-motivated team. You will be required to work days, nights and weekends. Main duties of the job Newly qualified nurses will also complete a structured preceptorship program. You will be allocated a preceptor to provide support with training and development. Experienced staff will be also be given training and development tailored to meet your individual need s and offered a buddy for support.
