Role: Cover Supervisor
Salary: £90-£120 per day
Location: SA73
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (no weekends)
Closing Date: Friday 31st January
Teaching Personnel are looking for a Cover Supervisor to provide general cover in a partner school in the Milford Haven area. The school is a secondary school that values supporting the local community.

* Previous experience either working as a Classroom Manager, Cover Supervisor, or delivering lessons in secondary schools as an Unqualified Teacher is preferred; however, we welcome applicants with transferrable skills or those who have supported young people in a similar capacity.
Roles and responsibilities of a Cover Supervisor:
* Delivering lessons where the work has been set by the teacher.
* Ensuring positive behaviour management in accordance with school policies.
* Supporting pupils who are having difficulty in completing the work that has been set.
* Developing strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a positive learning environment.
* Assisting with the supervision of pupils out of lesson times, including before and after school and at lunchtime.
