At Red Badger, our purpose is to make a positive impact on the world around us. Our mission is to transform blue-chips into next generation digital product organisations.
As a Mid-Level Product Designer, you have a strong understanding of Design Thinking and Lean UX, and experience delivering digital products. You take pride in your work, and have an eye for clean and artful design. You possess superior UI skills and are able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artefacts, transforming them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
You are a people person. As a trusted consultant, you develop a rapport with your clients and help them through the product development process. You will work within a cross-functional project team to help our clients deliver great, human-centred products. You are a champion of user needs and the product vision so that your team delivers the right thing in the right way. You are actively involved in propagating Red Badger design principles with our clients.
You are a great storyteller and a communicator. You can present your ideas confidently and help facilitate and plan workshops. You sit with engineers and testers on a daily basis to innovate and ensure the quality of the products. You know the importance of an outcome-focused mindset while producing enough output to support the communications.
You are always learning and see tough problems as interesting challenges.
