We’re seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead our IT Managed Services sales team and shape the marketing strategy for our growing business. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Drive growth in IT support, Service Desk, and managed services, with a focus on the aviation sector (airports/airlines). Marketing Strategy: Define and execute marketing initiatives to support sales growth and position the business as an industry leader. Innovation: Develop technology-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce costs for clients. Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers in large corporations. Team Development: Build and lead high-performing sales and marketing teams. Qualifications: 10 years in IT Managed Services sales (5 in aviation IT support). Proven expertise in IT support, including passenger processing systems (kiosks, bag-drop, boarding gates). Strong strategic, leadership, and innovation skills. Experience in developing integrated sales and marketing strategies. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Marketing (MBA preferred).
