The story of this brand is something to be admired; they have secured a leading place in this diverse market to become an instantly recognisable brand with the most loyal customer base.
As they continue to move through the next phase of their transformation project, they are building out key strategic hires within the business and are looking for an experienced Marketing/Campaign Executive to join their fantastic Brand Marketing team in a Senior position.
In this role, you will have exposure to the full marketing mix, working with some top talent in the Brand & Digital space, as well as standout award-winning Media/TV agencies.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Support in the delivery of the multi-channel marketing campaign strategy, managing the production of these multi-channel campaigns across Direct Mail, PR, Email, Digital, Brochure, and Media & TV.
2. Work with several key internal teams across Digital, Creative, and CRM, as well as 3rd party agencies for Media, TV & OOH, and PR.
3. Manage the campaign process itself end-to-end with the delivery teams, supporting in the edit and proofing of copy and assisting in the production of campaigns.
4. Oversee branding campaigns, new product service campaigns, as well as promotional offering campaigns.
5. Write clear and concise briefs for this activity; good copy skills are key to support success.
6. Contribute to the reporting and performance of campaigns and KPIs for teams.
7. Develop strong working relationships with these key stakeholders and teams within the business.
8. Eventually, have a full understanding of the CRM database including data selection, reporting, and targeting.
What I’m looking for:
1. 4+ years in a similar Multi-channel Marketing/Campaign role, specifically working closely with Digital and Marketing (offline) teams.
2. Experience managing multiple campaigns at any one time; therefore, highly organised, focused, and process-driven.
3. Retail experience would be advantageous, being comfortable in this environment or working at pace in a commercial environment.
4. A naturally creative eye and good copy/content skills supporting brand and campaign creation.
