If so, we have the opportunity for you Here at Magenta Living we have identified that we require an individual to step into a brand new role 'Director of Service Quality & Safeguarding' & to be successful in this role you need to have extensive knowledge in social housing operational process design and quality assurance, and safeguarding & its surrounding legislation, all whilst thinking of 'doing the right thing' for our customers and communities. We are looking for someone with proven ability to create a thorough governance framework which will enable you to implement robust improvement measures across the organisation.
