Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Support to QHSE & Sustainability Director: Assist in achieving QHSE & Sustainability targets and KPIs.
* Process Improvement: Continuously improve project-related quality processes.
* Customer Perspective: Provide quality support from the businesss customer viewpoint.
* Audit and Improvement Programmes: Aid in developing and delivering audits and improvement programs.
* Project Support: Involvement in bid, project, and design reviews, providing quality inspection plans and advising on QHSE matters.
* Corrective Actions: Lead or support the resolution of non-conformance issues and quality performance improvements.
* Auditing: Conduct internal and supplier audits in line with ISO standards.
* Documentation Management: Ensure that all project documentation is well-managed and authorized.
* Supplier Relations: Liaise with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
Occupational Health & Safety
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory health and safety requirements.
* HSE Inspections: Regular health, safety, and environmental inspections.
* Accident Reporting: Report safety incidents and take corrective actions as needed.
* Risk Assessments: Review and approve health and safety risk assessments for projects.
Skills & Attributes
Essential:
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
* Experience in project management and offshore operations.
* Proficient in IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Ability to lead meetings, influence teams, and manage multiple priorities.
* Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
Desirable:
* Offshore environment experience, particularly with subsea and drilling equipment.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
* Experience with quality management and health and safety systems.
