About the Role
As the Head of Recruitment and Training, you’ll ensure our driver recruitment and training programs are efficient, compliant, and aligned with operational needs. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you’ll manage recruitment and training teams to deliver legally compliant, cost-effective, and high-quality results. You’ll also play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce to meet business goals and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee immigration and recruitment processes to ensure legal compliance.
* Compile and present monthly establishment figures and department reports, including financials, for executive review.
* Implement and maintain cost-effective training programs for both new and current drivers.
* Inspire and motivate departmental staff, fostering growth and potential.
* Monitor and maintain garage staff levels for efficient operation.
* Ensure delivery of Driver CPC training to meet legal and company compliance standards.
