What you’ll do
Management of the admission process
* Take a small share of admission calls to lead by example
* Ensure the admission process is perfected and accurately practiced from the Intro Call to the Contract Signed stages
* Monitor key metrics of the admission process: closing time, time from booking to a call, conversions on each step, etc.
* Create and improve admission and sales materials
Funnel improvement
* Closely monitor key funnel conversion metrics
* Develop and manage projects to improve conversion together with the Growth lead
Team management
* Develop the project management and sales skills of our existing team of 2 full-time admission specialists
* Hire 3-4 new team members in Q3-Q4 2025
Maintain optimal comms with Family care team
* Keep the info flow between admissions and family care optimal and up-to-date, ensuring concierge-like quality of service for our customers from the first point of contact
Business development
* Help our CEO and Growth lead with selected business development projects
KPIs
* Grow the average conversion from SQL (Sales qualified lead) to Contract Signed by 20%
* Grow Intro Call attendance rate by 20%+ (together with Growth lead)
* Average closing time (from booking to contract signed) — analyze historical data and define an improvement goal
* Ensure high levels of satisfaction for the admission team and other stakeholders
What you’ll bring
* 3+ years of experience managing B2C inbound sales and admissions teams, with successful projects in funnel improvement and CRM management. We expect many examples and stories on how you improved the sales process or grew conversions with numbers.
* Experience in admissions for innovative international schools is preferable, but not strictly mandatory. If you feel you’re the right fit in any other way, reach out.
* Experience in high-growth B2C startups is a big plus, ideally education/impact-focused
* Strong sales/admission skills of your own: we expect you to set the bar for the team and share expertise with them
