Purpose As the Campaign and Social Media Manager at Spabreaks.com, you'll develop and execute integrated brand campaigns and social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive engagement. Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you'll ensure creative excellence and brand consistency across all channels while supporting our broader marketing objectives. Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with brand strategy and business objectives Support the delivery and execution of Above The Line campaigns across TV, Radio and Out of Home Own and drive social media strategy across all channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement Lead creative direction for paid Meta and YouTube advertising assets, working closely with internal and external creative teams Manage relationships with creative and media agencies, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives Create comprehensive creative briefs and oversee execution from concept to delivery Collaborate with media teams to optimise campaign performance and content distribution Drive content strategy for social channels and blog, ensuring alignment with broader marketing initiatives Monitor social media trends and recommend new opportunities for brand engagement Develop and maintain content calendars across all social platforms Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and social media metrics Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure integrated campaign execution Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints Requirements 3 years experience in campaign management and social media strategy Strong understanding of brand building and social media best practices Excellent project management abilities with proven experience managing multiple stakeholders Experience in creative direction and brief writing Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and their role in the customer journey Proven track record in agency management and stakeholder collaboration Experience in content strategy development and execution Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from campaign data Understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools Benefits Hybrid working - attend Brighton office 3 days a week, work from home 2 days a week Familiarisation trips within the UK Regular company social events Standard pension scheme Corporate gym discount and health club allowance Local discount scheme Path to wellness scheme including free yoga, chair massages and lunchtime seminars with industry experts Employee Assistance Programme
