This is a varied and engaging role where you’ll act as the welcoming face of the company while managing important administrative tasks. Full training will be provided for specialised systems, though a basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Office packages is required.
Responsibilities:
* Welcoming and greeting clients and customers with professionalism and warmth
* Answering phones and taking accurate messages
* Collating and processing weekly timesheets for 25 staff members
* Maintaining spreadsheets for delivery data
* Tracking and managing staff holidays and absences
* Organising job sheets and quotations
* Raising jobs for customers accurately
* Filing and organising documents
* Providing general administrative support to the team
The ideal candidate will have:
* Excellent communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner
* An upbeat personality and a proactive approach to tasks
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
* Confidence using office software and a willingness to learn new systems

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
