Central Sales Customer Service Representative Birstall Office Full Time | Permanent The Central Sales Customer Service Representative is responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing customer relationships through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, text messages, and other digital platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to work effectively in an office environment. The representative will be responsible for prospecting potential customers, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities: Utilize phone calls, emails, text messages, and other digital platforms to engage with potential customers and generate leads. Employ persuasive selling techniques to effectively promote products or services across different channels. Seamlessly transition between channels to provide a consistent and personalized customer experience. Provide product information, answer questions, and address customer concerns across various channels. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers through multiple channels. Regularly communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide ongoing support. Utilize various channels to upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing customers. Key Skills: Proven experience in sales or customer service roles Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, across various channels.
