Area Sales Manager – Midlands (Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Warwick, Coventry, Leicester, Derby & Nottingham) Area to be defined. ASR are supporting a fantastic market leading international manufacturer of bathroom furniture. This role offers the opportunity to develop and grow business within a key region, working closely with independent retailers, showrooms, and merchants and buying groups. The Role This position focuses on managing and expanding a sales territory across Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Warwick, Coventry, Leicester, Derby, and Nottingham. The role involves developing long-term relationships with trade and retail partners and buying groups, driving sales growth through winning new accounts / business and developing current accounts taking more market share and positioning the company’s products effectively in the market. The package includes is competitive, includes a Hybrid or EV, achievable bonus and long term development and progression. What We Are Looking For A motivated sales professional who thrives in a customer-facing role. A proactive, commercially focused individual with a strong track record in account development and business growth. Experience in the KBB industry is an advantage but not essential. A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships and adding value to clients. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with independent retailers, showrooms, and trade merchants and buying groups across the region. Oversee a portfolio of active customers, ensuring continued growth and retention. Deliver training and support to retail and trade partners Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market share. Attend key industry events and trade shows to build professional networks and enhance brand positioning. Work collaboratively with internal teams to implement effective sales and growth strategies.
