Home Management Support:
* Assist the Home Manager, Deputy Manager, and Assistant Manager in the efficient and caring management of the home.
* Conduct walking handovers, ensuring accountabilityfor all residents at the start and end of shifts.
* Promote staff contribution to the efficient running of the home, fostering the right atmosphere and leading by example.
Training and Development:
* Support the training and development of all staff.
* Ensure implementation and monitoring of the in-house training program to a high standard.
* Contribute to residents' personal care needs, maintainingand promoting independence.
Minimum of NVQ Level 2, working towards NVQ Level 3 or above.
* Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor staff.
* Effective communication and interaction skills.
