The Corporate Governance & Secretariat function (CG&S) serves as principal advisor to boards of directors on corporate governance matters and leads and implements a world-class corporate governance practice throughout the Group providing end to end governance advice. In this role you will: • Provide support to the Head of Governance, Digital business services role as Corporate Governance Officer, promoting the provision of expert end to end governance advice and support to the Global chief operating officer (GCOO). • Provide advice and guidance to the GCOO in the furtherance of their governance agenda to facilitate fulfilment of their senior manager responsibilities. • Support the delivery of a fit for purpose corporate governance and cost-effective service to Digital business services. • Provide governance support and advice on DBS reports and MI to ensure they are of required quality. Requirements To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: • Strong background in a similar role • Experience working in digital business services • Banking/Financial/Fintech industry experience • Proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint • Ability to work with multiple senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
