The Role:
As the successful candidate, you will manage a diverse caseload, advising employers and employees on various employment law matters, including:
1. Drafting and negotiating employment contracts
2. Advising on disciplinary and grievance procedures
3. Representing clients in Employment Tribunals
4. Handling TUPE transfers and redundancy consultations
5. Providing guidance on workplace disputes
6. Advising on Settlement Agreements
7. Delivering HR and employment law training to clients
Key Responsibilities:

1. Qualification as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
