Our Client has always prioritised the development of their HR team so, due to internal progression, they are looking for an experienced HR Assistant to join their Colchester-based team. Over the next 12 months you will be involved in supporting significant transformation programmes, as well providing high quality HR administrative support to your HR and ER colleagues. Hybrid working is well established, with 2 office-based days per week - one of which will be in their London office (all travel expenses are paid) giving you further experience of working with their City and Global teams. Key responsibilities include High-quality administrative support to HR and ER colleagues and stakeholders, particularly within the London office and globally as needed, ensuring consistency and process efficiency. Be the first point of contact for transformation-related queries. Identify which queries require escalation to the HR Advisor and manage responses efficiently. Handle diary management, invitations, letter administration, and Workday data upkeep. Produce and manage reports for Business Transformation HR Managers, stakeholders, and project sponsors as required. The ideal candidate will possess a CIPD accreditation (Level 3 or 5), practical experience in HR administration, and be a confident user of HR Systems. You will be comfortable in prioritising tasks and adapting to the changing needs of the business.
