The role is required to engage with Heads of Establishment teams, establishment Infrastructure Delivery and Asset Managers (IDAM), and security points of contact to support, develop, and cohere approaches to infrastructure and security matters across Brigade. Provide support to the nine units in their adherence to documenting any infrastructure (safety or output) or security risks in the current MOD systems training will be provided, and the required governance processes for managing and mitigating risk through close liaison with risk plan owners. Support the Units in the completion and delivery of their Establishment Management Plans relating to infrastructure as required. Provide scrutiny the infrastructure standards and requirements against Defence Minimum Standards and manage end-user expectations as and where required. Routinely liaise with relevant infrastructure stakeholders across the Business Capture and share lessons identified through the Base Forum, recording on SharePoint as a record.
