Part time Administrator required for an architectural office in Welwyn Garden City. Office based, Monday to Thursday, hours 10.00 am to 3.00 pm.
Key responsibilities will include computer based work – emails, updating job files, Excel, submitting planning applications, sending drawings to builders etc. More general office duties will include preparing post, answering the telephone and making calls as necessary, greeting any visitors, filing/archiving files, stationery etc. You will be responsible to the Office Manager/Director.
The Company itself is small and well established in a convenient location of WGC.
We are looking for someone who is organised, has an eye for detail, has good computer skills, is able to use their own initiative, has an ability to prioritise, is friendly and happy to work as part of a team.
